  • Once we confirm we're a great fit, I'll send over a customized proposal outlining the scope, detailed timeline, and investment for your specific website. After you approve the proposal and sign the contract, we'll kick off the official planning phase to gather all your content and assets.

  • With the plan finalized, I dive into the design and development phase, keeping you informed every step of the way. We'll have dedicated review points to ensure the site meets your expectations. Once everything is pixel-perfect and approved, we celebrate your official launch!

FAQ

  • Yes! Please contact me and we can talk more about what you are looking for.

  • It depends on the scope of the project, but I can get most websites created and launched within 2-3 weeks.

  • You will need your logo, brand colors, and any photographs of you and your practice.

  • Yes, I will transfer the domain to a new Squarespace platform.

  • My favorite platform is Squarespace, but I am comfortable with Wordpress or Google Sites as well.

  • Yes, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to start the project, then the remaining balance will be split into two payments (one in the middle of the project, one at the end of the project)

  • If you don’t have a domain name, you will need to purchase one. The Squarespace platform offers different packages that you can purchase once the website is completed. Don’t worry, I will help you pick out the right one!

  • We want to make sure the the scheduling is HIPPA compliant. I can integrate Acuity, Simple Practice, TherapyNotes.

  • Yes, and that is the primary reason I use Squarespace because it is so easy to update! I will provide simple training videos for you to use as you get used to updating your own website. If you prefer to not worry about updating, you can join the DLT Membership Club and I will handle the updates for you!

  • Diane is collaborative and works with clients to ensure their websites communicate and perform at the optimal level for their goals. I would highly recommend her for all website projects!
